Assessment of properties
Together we review the selected properties and request your feedback in order for us to refine your requirements further if necessary. It is quite usual for our clients ideas to alter during the selection process and we want you to express any changes in order for us to make the right choices for you.
Viewing and Orientation
If the areas of suitability are not already known to you, we will provide orientation tours to familiarise you with local amenities and services, and upon selection of the most appealing properties we will arrange and accompany you to the property viewings.

Negotiation
We will negotiate on your behalf liaising between the vendor and/or agents involved to secure the best possible result for you.
Communication
Once we commence your search, we will keep you updated on our progress, providing you with reports on properties viewed, their positive and negative points and information on comparable property in the area.
