A non refundable registration fee of €900 (+VAT where applicable) is payable for a term of 6 months (24 weeks).
Upon receipt of this payment a consultant will start work on your behalf for 6 months, or up until the date of the exchange of contracts within those 6 months.
A success fee of 2.5% (minimum fee of €5,000) of the purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts.
